imported three 200kt/a melt direct spinning
polymerization system from Zimmer A.G.,
Germany in the foresight of great develpoment.
We are determined to provide qualified chemical
fibre materails for domestic and abroad
customers by applying scientific management
and quality assurance system,together with
strict quality inspection program. Hengli
Chemical Fiber has been the leader in Chinese
chemical fibre manufacturing fields since
the past few years and the products have
been well confirmed internationally.

Our high
tenacity polyester yarn, started at Oct.
2008, with a total capacity of 200,000 tons
per year, is the largest capacity in the
world. Equipped with 24 TMT of Japan production
lines, 24 BARMAG Germany production lines
and advanced European & Japan twisted
machines, we aim to be the largest high
tenacity polyester yarn manufacturer with
the best quality and service in the world.

it is becoming stronger and stronger, Hengli
Chemical Fibre has formulated and fulfilled
the “Blue Sea” strategy simultaneously,
having built R&D centers in Frankfurt,
Tokyo, Shanghai and Suzhou and invited the
senior technical experts from Germany, Japan,
Korea, Taiwan, etc. At present we have successfully
developed differential products such as
moisture absorption and quick dry fiber---Coolpass,
flat yarn, FDY 50D /144F and DTY50D/192F,
etc, to lay a firm foundation to realize
the ultimate goal--- being the leader of
the fields. |
